India’s first senior citizen flash mob performs to 'Item Songs' at High Street Phoenix while amused shoppers look on & join them!

 

The New Year began with a bang (we’re not exaggerating!) at High Street Phoenix as fifty; 55 year old men & women danced in the centre of the courtyard and took everyone by surprise! Everyone was amazed as fifty “adorable & young at heart” elderly men & women started grooving at the courtyard to item songs like Dhinka Chika, Chikni Chameli & Chammak Challo! This was a one of its kind event organized by TYBMM students of Wilson College!

 

The Bachpan after Pachpan, social initiative flash mob was a huge success as it garnered attention from all the shoppers at the mall. They not only watched and clicked pictures but also joined in the cheer and danced to the item songs! 

 

They say “Old is Gold” & these people have proven to society that it’s never late to do something different & that age is no bar!
